As part of the YMCA’s traditional Christmas tree campaigns, association members collect discarded Christmas trees in the village every January before burning them whilst having a barbecue. Donations raised in the process enable local associations in places like Wilgersdorf, Niederndorf and Neunkirchen to support the work of Utho Ngathi in southern Africa.
